During my travels, I drew immense inspiration from nature, often capturing its beauty through my lens. Using the footage I've gathered, I crafted my own unique perspective of nature using a node-based digital program. I've chosen to integrate this with the digital world for a reason. In our current reality, we're surrounded by digital devices and media, making it an inescapable part of our lives. Even the footage I capture of nature is done using my camera or iPhone, devices that are always by my side. Thus, I seek to bridge the gap between those who may not have the opportunity to experience nature firsthand and those who may not initially be interested in it. My initial concept was to show that the portrayal of nature in the digital realm can also connect with virtual worlds. Wouldn't it be intriguing if one could experience nature through virtual reality without physically being there? It could offer a different, yet equally captivating, perspective and beauty. I aim to provide a digitally rendered nature that may be even more visually intriguing than reality. Rather than merely showcasing the natural landscapes as typically seen in National Geographic, I wanted to create something that resonates with our current digital age, evoking curiosity and interest. Additionally, I aim to showcase the ability to rewind scenes, adjust color palettes, and manipulate space and time, offering a more immersive and customizable experience.
